Stacey Hodges Williford, FNP-BC, CEO

​

Stacey is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She has been a Registered Nurse for over 20 years and Nurse Practitioner for over 10 years. She received her Bachelors of Nursing degree from Middle Georgia College in 2000 and her Masters of Nursing and Family Practice Nurse Practitioner degree from Georgia Southern University in 2013. Throughout her nursing career, Stacey has worked in the fields of Family Medicine, Urgent Care, Pediatrics, Hospice, Long Term Care, Medical/Surgical and Emergency Medicine. Stacey is board certified through American Nurses Credentialing Center, is a member of Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society, and is a member of American Nurses Association. She is certified in Botox and Filler Administration for Aesthetic Enhancement and Hormone Replacement Therapy, including Pellet Administration. Stacey looks forward to providing optimal care to her patients and is passionate about caring for all ages of patients across the life span in a holistic approach. Stacey was also named Nurse Practitioner of the year for the past 4 years.

Charlene Brooks, FNP-C

​

Charlene is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelors of Nursing degree from Medical College of Georgia in 2011 and her Masters of Nursing and Family Practice Nurse Practitioner degree from Georgia Southwestern State University in 2021. She began her nursing career in the Emergency Department at the Veteran’s Administration Hospital (VA) providing her the rewarding opportunity to care for America’s heroes and their family members who made the ultimate sacrifice to serve our country. After receiving her FNP degree, Charlene has been working in Primary and Urgent Care, specializing in Wellness and Prevention, acute healthcare and management of chronic, long-term conditions through a collaborative team approach. She is certified through American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is a member of Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society of Nursing. Charlene has a desire to expand her knowledge base through receiving certifications in Functional Medicine and Hormone Replacement Therapy in order to provide expanded services and care to her patients.

Brooke Attaway, FNP-C

​

Brooke is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Bachelors of Nursing Degree from the Medical College of Georgia in 2014 and her Doctorate of Nursing Practice and Family Nurse Practitioner degree in 2019 from Augusta University (formerly the Medical College of Georgia). Throughout her 10 year career as a nurse, Brooke has worked in Oncology, Post-operative Services, Palliative Care, Medical-Surgical, Cardiac, and Orthopedics. Brooke is Board Certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is also certified in Botox and Filler administration for the use of Aesthetic enhancement. Brooke is passionate about caring for all patients and the implementation of preventive care in their lives through a holistic approach.

Jennifer Etheridge, RN/BSN, Practice Manager

 

Jennifer is a Registered Nurse and graduated from Georgia College and State University in Milledgeville, Georgia with a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing. She has over 20 years of healthcare experience in a variety of medical settings including Emergency Medicine and Nephrology nursing. She is a passionate, integrity driven nurse with vast experience in providing attentive care to a diverse population of patients. She works as a collaborative team member and will to ensure the patients at Cardinal Healthcare will receive the highest level of care possible.

Erin Parker Parise, RN

 

Erin is a Registered Nurse and graduated from Emory’s Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing. She completed her Baccalaureate of Science in Biology from the University of Georgia. Erin is a passionate nurse with a love for helping others. She has valuable experience working in the NICU, providing specialized care to newborns and their families. Over the last decade, Erin shared her passion in serving underprivileged populations in various countries around the world. She is excited and eager to apply her skills and knowledge in her local community at Cardinal Healthcare.

Shelly Brown, LPN

​

Shelly is a Licensed Practical Nurse. She graduated from Oconee Fall Line Technical College with her nursing degree. She has over 10 years of experience in various medical settings including Dialysis, Podiatry, General Surgery, and Medical/Surgical. She is currently enrolled at OFTC to obtain her Associates of Nursing degree. Shelly is also a Licensed Cosmetologist. She is diligent nurse with a compassionate heart and is a valuable asset to our patients and our team at Cardinal Healthcare.

Blaire Thomas, PBT, Certified Medical Assistant

 

Blaire is a Certified Medical Assistant. She graduated from West Laurens High School and later received training through Coastal Technical College. She has over 10 years of experience in various medical settings including Primary Care/Urgent Care Clinic, Surgical Clinic, and Fairview Park Hospital. She is a kind hearted nurse who demonstrates care and compassion to all of her patients. She is dedicated to assuring each patient at Cardinal Healthcare will receive exceptional medical attention and have their needs met. Blaire is currently enrolled in nursing school to expand her knowledge base and grow within Cardinal Healthcare.

Crystal Dollar, Certified Medical Assistant

​

Crystal is a Certified Medical Assistant. She graduated from Oconee Fall Line Technical College. She has over 10 years of experience in a variety of medical settings including Family Practice, Cardiology, Orthopedics, and Primary Care/Urgent Care Clinic. She works part-time as a teacher’s assistant at Brentwood School in the Early Pre-K Department. Crystal has a true passion for helping others and diligently works to assure each patient at Cardinal Healthcare receives personalized care and attention.

Rachel Green, Medical Assistant

​

Rachel is a Medical Assistant. She graduated from Washington County High School in 2007. She attended Southeastern Tech where she studied nursing. After attending college, she worked at a local daycare where she cared for children of all ages. She and her husband are owners of Waco Transportation, LLC. Rachel has a compassionate spirit and will assure her patients receive the highest standard of care at Cardinal Healthcare

Hannah Hodges, Certified Medical Assistant

 

Hannah is a Certified Medical Assistant. She graduated from Brentwood School and attended the University of Georgia where she graduated with Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion and Behavioral Sciences. While in college, she interned at Orthopedic office and shadowed in various other fields including Dermatology, Gynecology, and Primary Care. Hannah is eager to learn, grow, and gain valuable experience before starting the MSN-CNL program at Augusta University in 2024. She is passionate about healthcare and strives to provide the highest level of care for every patient at Cardinal Healthcare. 

Bailey Daniel, Certified Nursing Assistant

 

Bailey is a Certified Medical Assistant. She graduated from Johnson County High School. After graduation in 2015, she attended Collaborative Health Care in Milledgeville and received her Certified Nursing Assistant license. She has over 12 years of experience in various medical settings which include Primary Care, Home Health and Hospice services. Bailey has an energetic spirit and strives to assure her patients receive personalized care at Cardinal Healthcare.

Samantha Carter, Accounts Receivable

​

Samantha graduated from Washington County High School in 1987. She received a double master’s degree in education at Georgia College and State University. She worked in the public school system for 30+ years and recently retired. She is engaged in our local community through Pilot Club, she is a substitute teacher at multiple schools and currently involved in numerous churches with her pastoral husband. Samantha works meticulously in assuring patient’s financial needs are considered in a courteous and competent manner at Cardinal Healthcare

Tonia Ellis, Medical Biller and Coder

 

Tonia is a Certified Medical Biller and Coder since 2003, where she graduated from Kee Business College and was ranked in the top 10% of her class. She has worked in this role as Director of Resource Management, where she manages and files claims in multiple medical offices in both the state of Georgia and Virginia. She also has medical experience as she has been a Certified Nursing Assistant since 1990. She also graduated with the highest GPA in her class and has worked in this role in both nursing homes and home health agencies. She was advanced in this practice to Office Manager where she was in a management role for over 10 years. She is a member of the AAPC. Tonia works diligently in assuring the patient’s needs are met and their claims are processed correctly and efficiently at Cardinal Healthcare.

Savannah Johnson, Administrative Assistant

 

Savannah graduated from Johnson County High School in 2020. She attended Reinhardt University in Waleska, Georgia where she was a cheerleader. After attending college, she returned to Washington County where she shares her passion for cheerleading by coaching at Elite Heat. She plans to expand her love of helping others in a different role at Cardinal Healthcare where she will work as Administrative Assistant. Savannah will complete the team that is fueled to provide excellent patient care to our local community.

Melissa Andrews, Administrative Assistant

​

Melissa graduated from Madison County High School and furthered her education at Toccoa Falls College. She obtained a master’s degree in education from University of Georgia. She currently works as a teacher at Washington County High School for over 20 years. She brings her passion and organizational skills to her part-time role as an Administrative Assistant, contributing to the efficiency of our team at Cardinal Healthcare.

Jennifer Brooks, Administrative Assistant

 

Jennifer graduated from South Cobb High School in 1993. Upon graduation, she entered into the workforce where she excelled in customer service and sales for multiple large corporations, including Chick-Fil-A. After moving to Washington County, she worked as a teacher’s aide at Sandersville Methodist Preschool and later worked at Brentwood School for 9 years. Jennifer’s exemplary customer service skills and patient-centered focus is evident when caring for all patients at Cardinal Healthcare.

Ashley Gheesling, Administrative Assistant

 

Ashley graduated from Washington County High School in 1996. She obtained an associate’s degree from Georgia College and State University. For the last decade, she has worked as a Case Manager, serving the aged and disabled population through the Source Waiver Program. Prior to case management, she worked as a Social Worker at Washington County Extended Care Facility. Ashley’s zest for life is displayed through the kindness and compassionate love she shares with each patient and family member at Cardinal Healthcare.
